Professor, Labor Hero, People’s Teacher Nguyen Lan Viet, Ph.D., M.D. is an excellent and enthusiastic teacher, doctor and scientist. He led and engaged in many State level scientific research projects and many Ministerial level scientific research projects. For instance, “Study on application of modern scientific and technological achievements of the world in the diagnosis and treatment of certain cardiovascular diseases in Vietnam” was awarded the “State Prize in Science and Technology” in 2005.
